I feel very fortunate to have met Kevin Hebert, Service Advisor and Paul Fortin, Service Manager - they were both very efficient and dedicated to finding the cause of why my key fob no longer worked to start my car. Long story short, it was an error on my part and while they could have charged me for the time and labor (4 hours), they blessed me with a 'no charge and have a safe trip!' I could not be more grateful for their compassion, humor and genuine kindness!!! More

Third Time was NOT the charm We purchased a used Chrysler 300 from Tasca in September. We've had the car in for servicing on the brakes three times now. According to them, all u We purchased a used Chrysler 300 from Tasca in September. We've had the car in for servicing on the brakes three times now. According to them, all used cars go through a 200 point inspection prior to selling. They missed the fact that the car needed new calipers and the inspection was not updated so our registration was suspended. We called about the inspection as soon as we got the registration notice and they told us that since they were closing in 15 mins to come in the next day (what happened to "I'm so sorry, come down immediately and we'll rectify this situation"?). My husband had to be there at 8am on his day off. Fast forward to today - our brakes are still squeeling, he called to speak to the general manager, he wasn't in. I sent Michael Tasca an email and today my husband gets a call from the Service Dept and schedules an appt for next week. My husband stopped in today to speak to the GM. Our sales professional advised him that Scott was there and told Scott he'd be with him in 5-10 mins. He was with an employee, the employee left his office and came back in. After 25 mins, my husband left. It's evident that once you've purchased you don't matter to them anymore. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TASCA!!! We are now looking into the lemon law and what recourse we have. (I will update this review if this situation is rectified to our satisfaction.) More

Above and Beyond. We had a problem with our muffler which was installed a few times by another vendor and the last time was an OEM muffer supplied by Jeep. The service manager took a half hour drive on 95 and later resolved the problem by determining personnally we had received the incorrect muffler. More
