There was ZERO hype and ZERO pressure, the financing was easy and highly competitive, the manager Alex personally saw that this was a very easy and streamlined process for me, and the vehicle was delivered by a very bright young man who knew the car in great detail. He provided an extensive tutorial on the car's many high tech systems etc. It was also superbly detailed and spotless throughout. This is the second car we bought from Tasca Westerly this year. The first was a Jeep Renegade which my son bought and absolutely loves (also nicely loaded and a great drive) and now the Grand Cherokee. If you want a Jeep (or anything else they carry) you can expect excellent service, information, not to be pressured, and as their ad says, to be satisfied. I've been buying cars from Tasca for almost 30 years. Consistently good all through that time. Thank you to everyone at the dealership who helped me have an excellent buying experience on this vehicle. More

Disappointed. I've leased/purchased dozens of cars/trucks over the course of 40 years (including a couple from Tasca in Seekonk back in the 80's) and this, by far, I've leased/purchased dozens of cars/trucks over the course of 40 years (including a couple from Tasca in Seekonk back in the 80's) and this, by far, was the worst experience of any dealership ever. Car was delivered not clean at all (it had to be redone at a later date in Cranston), they lost me old registration, then found it, then didn't need it, ...then told me they needed a original notary signed document, then told me a copy would be ok after I obtained the original. Then, 2 weeks after delivery, they told me they made an error on the original contract and I had to meet someone in Cranston to sign a corrected document (and sign it with the wrong date)....and because of this, the temporary registration ran out and my new car sat in my garage unregistered for over a week. Not satisfied. More
