Service department EXCELLENT - Sales, not so much I ALWAYS go to Tasca for service on my vehicles. They are the nicest, most helpful service staff I have ever encountered. They will recommend, but I never feel pressured to do anything. They handle every service with ease and to my satisfaction. The service department is top notch. I used to buy vehicles at Tasca when it was formerly America. I no longer do and probably won't after my recent experience. I was recently in for an oil change on a service contract for a 2014 vehicle. I decided it might be time to upgrade, so while I was waiting, I asked a salesman if they had any new 2017s on the lot. The salesman looked it up and said they did. The salesman also said he would go outside with me but was expecting a customer in 10 minutes. I asked to point me in the right direction and went outside and looked at all the vehicles. Not once, did another salesman come out to speak with me or even consider that I might be serious. I went back inside, waited for my car to be completely done and left. That evening, I went to another Dodge dealer, found what I wanted and two days later I was driving a brand new 2017 model (my fifth of this model). Too bad, Tasca, you lost a sale because you thought a customer in for an oil change wouldn't really buy a new car if they were in for service. Can't buy a new car if no one wants to help you. However, I am very happy with my new car and will continue to take it to Tasca for service, because like I said, the service department is superb! More

The first thing that happened was that Roland let me take it a test drive. Everything progressed smoothly from there. Everyone I talked were friendly and courteous. I was very pleased to find out that Tasca took care of all of the paperwork, including registering it CT. Roland delivered the car to my house the next day. More

Incredible Team! It is with the greatest pleasure that I write this review about my experience with the Tasca Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Family. I totaled my vehicle in Feb It is with the greatest pleasure that I write this review about my experience with the Tasca Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Family. I totaled my vehicle in February and it took me about 2 weeks to find the time to actually go look at cars. When I finally did, my first stop and last stop was at Tasca in Westerly, Rhode Island. My mom went with me to help around noon and everyone there was so beyond helpful and Robin stayed there hours passed her shift to make calls and see what needed to be done. Since I had an open loan due to my totaled vehicle, it was nothing short of a challenge trying to get me another loan. However, every person I came in contact with spent more time sitting and talking with me and explaining the entire process, what they were asking, what they were doing, and they found a way to get me into a new car. Robin Sloop was just beyond phenomenal. The car I went to see initially was a Jeep Compass Sport which was beautiful, but she immediately knew that I wanted more features. She had me look at a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited and she was spot on; I fell in love with the car and from that point on, she spent days and weeks making sure that I would get to drive that car off the lot. Sure enough, her late hours, extra phone calls to my previous auto lender, the Gap Insurance, and auto insurer; was able to get me into 2016 Jeep Cherokee!!! Robin, Eli, Jeff, Linda, the service team and the entire Tasca family was so so incredibly nice, diligent, and made me feel like I was not just a number and never did they push anything on me by giving me the run around. Everyone was upfront and honest from the vehicles to the loan information. I walked away feeling assured and confident that I made the best purchase. They got to know me as a person and I truly feel part of the Tasca family. I will not only be referring my friends and family to them, but I certainly will be going back to them for repairs, services, and any questions I ever need. They made me feel like I do not have to double or triple check to make sure that I was not scammed at all. When I reached out to the old dealership where I bought my previous vehicle that was totaled, it made me realize how fortunate I was to meet the Tasca Family. When I simply asked Anthony Torres from New England Auto World in Derby, CT if there was anything else that their representatives could to do help me with the Gap Claim, that now after 3 months has finally been settled (after sending hundreds of documents and making multiple phone calls), proceeded to text message stating, "You are being an -------", in addition to implying that the chronic illness I have that is incurable is because I am not god-fearing, and "Remember you are not a customer here anymore" was just so incredibly upsetting and appalling. In response to this situation, the manager Cort at NEAW, responded to me being upset by screaming at me over the phone; all because I was asking for a little guidance as to whether or not the representatives that NEAW has with the Gap Insurance could help me. Do not ever go with Dealer Motor Services or NEAW for your vehicle purchase. Tasca has legitimate affiliates for their Gap Insurers; their website is far better, and you can ACTUALLY make an account and set up services right from your online account for service! New England Auto World would get negative stars from me if that was an option and Tasca would get 20 stars! If you want brown carpet service go to NEAW; if you want red carpet service, go to Tasca! I purchased my 2012 Honda CR-V from NEAW one year ago in December of 2016. I purchased my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited for the same price as my 2012 Honda CR-V; All specs, features, and loan information for my Jeep...I had at least 20k less miles, the loan came out to the same price, the APR was lower, and it is a nearly brand new car compared to the 2012 Honda CR-V (all paperwork in hand of proof). The Tasca family, especially Robin Sloop, went so above and beyond to help me through this entire process during this extremely upsetting time; for the simple fact that I totaled a car that I had for a little over a year; not even including everything else I have faced in this year alone...it was just so so touching and wonderful to work with people who truly care about you; that do not just try to push any car on you, and actually treat you like a human being and not a number or just another person they are trying to sell a car to. I will without a doubt make all of my vehicle purchase from Tasca in the future!!! :-) :-) :-) Thank you to the Tasca family for all you did to help me!
