At your dealership I dealt with Kevin Herbert, who is by far the best service technician I have seen. He is personable, knowledgeable, and was straight up with what they found and what needed to happen to fix it. I was also impressed with the mechanic who worked on my Jeep. I am very happy with the level of care I received at this dealership. I will be visiting the Westerly area annually (I was born at the Westerly Hospital) and am likely to wait to get non-urgent maintenance done until I get to this area. More
