Very Happy with Kevin Hebert Mr. Fortin, I am writing to let you know about a wonderfully positive experience I had when I took my Jeep into your service department to find the Mr. Fortin, I am writing to let you know about a wonderfully positive experience I had when I took my Jeep into your service department to find the source of an unknown leak in my brake lines. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Kevin Hebert. He was polite, gracious and very understanding, making all my bad memories of dealing with service departments in the past dissapear. He called me several times after repeated attempts to find the mystery leak, and finally informed me that all was well. He did recommend that I keep an eye on my rear brake drums, gave me a price and indicated that it wasn't critical, but indicated that I should get it done before too long. Also inspected all fluids and filters to make sure they were ready for winter. He even arranged to wash my truck, following this no charge inspection of my vehicle. I left with a feeling that he genuinely cared about me and was doing the right thing from start to finish. As a result, I will be switching to Tasca for my future service needs on the Jeep.
