Purchasing a new Jeep: flawless service! I recently purchased a new 2018 Jeep Compass from Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I could not be more happy with the service provided. I went to I recently purchased a new 2018 Jeep Compass from Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I could not be more happy with the service provided. I went to the Grieco dealership prior to going to Tasca looking for the same vehicle and was quoted an exorbitant amount in addition to being offered half of the blue book value on my trade. The salespeople at Grieco were cold, calculating, and were not interested in me as a person but as a paycheck for them. They were not transparent with the figures they came up with, and refused to negotiate for a better price. Management was aloof, hiding in their glass boxes, staring at their computers, and not interacting with customers unless they had to. Needless to say, I left that place without buying. My experience at Tasca was the exact opposite. GM Dave D'Onfro and salesman Al Armando went above and beyond the call of duty. First, they treated me like a human and communicated in a pleasant, down-to-earth way how normal people interact. This already made me feel better about giving them my business. Second, they ran all of the numbers with me in a transparent fashion to come up with the best deal possible, going through each step on how I could save with various incentives, offers, and slashed fees. I was given essentially the blue book value on my trade which I thought was fair and demonstrated a commitment to honesty and fairness on their part as well. Third, they were timely in their service and product delivery, smoothing out the paperwork process and making the tedious things quite painless. You can tell that these guys are genuinely nice as well as intelligent people who want to provide a good service to others. Unfortunately you cannot say this about the industry as a whole, and I think many things that they do at Tasca should in fact become the industry gold standard when it comes to customer relations. I would choose this dealership again in a heartbeat and plan to look them up for the purchase of my next vehicle. More

He created the best car buying experience I have ever had! Then there was the financing department. We dealt with Ben fasano, he seemed personally offended when I did not want to agree to the options he had suggested. The situation reached a point where I was ready to leave the dealership. Mark to the rescue, he smoothed everything over and we completed the purchase. More

The nice woman at the front desk directed me to a sales associate who I made an appointment with the previous day to view a 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE. Right when I sat down at Al's desk I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. Even though I declined the amount of hospitality that was offered was very refreshing. I will definitely be recommending Tasca of Westerly to ANYONE who is looking for a vehicle. Even on the test drive my sales associate was cool, calm and collected and he demonstrated not only a great understanding of the vehicle but great customer service skills that made me comfortable the whole ride. Straight up and smooth It was a simple process. I spoke with So and we planned for me to view the car. He was ready with the car out front on time. We worked everything o It was a simple process.
