She gave me a sliver of hope that they would be able to get it in, even though I didn't lease from them. She arranged for a rental car when she knew we were stuck and despite the fact were were not their customers, we were treated like GOLD! The entire service staff from Michaela to the manager of both the service center and general manager, everyone made me feel as we were their only customer. I can not thank them enough!! More
