I was upside down and over miles on the lease of my 2015 Jeep Wrangler so finding the right dealership/deal was tough. Online I found the Grand Cherokee I was interested in at Tasca in Westerly RI, which is 1 hr 45 minutes from me. I called first thing Wednesday 10/31/2018 and spoke with the sales manager who listened to my concerns and what I was looking to do. He reassured me they would do everything they could to make me comfortable and get the deal made. He then transferred me over to salesman Al Armando. Al was easy to talk to and it never felt like he was trying to 'sell' me. Al got me in touch with Mark Tebbets to work the numbers and get most all details finalized over the phone and email before I drove to the dealership; given the distance and the day that worked best for me everyone was very accommodating so that I could do everything in one trip; Al even came in on his day off! I arrived at the dealership Thursday November 1, 2018 around 11:30, drove the Grand Cherokee I saw online, went over the numbers and details, signed all the papers, Al went through the car with me and believe I was on the road headed back to the Cape by 1PM. They took their time and asked me many times if I had questions and to call at any time if I did once I left. So far so good on the 2017 Grand Cherokee. I cannot recommend the professionalism combined with the down to earth attention I received during what was a stressful time for me. Thanks again Al and Mark! Anne More
