Customer Service I came in for my scheduled oil change a few minutes early and Kevin and Micaela immediately greeted me. It's a great feeling to walk in and not feel I came in for my scheduled oil change a few minutes early and Kevin and Micaela immediately greeted me. It's a great feeling to walk in and not feel like just another body, but rather a friend welcomed with miles. They were able to take my car within minutes, and in less than an hour I had a new service contract for multiple oil changes (including tire rotations!), paid and was out the door to a freshly washed vehicle!
