Al Armando made sure that we we understood all of t We are completely satisfied with our Jeep Grand Cherokee leasing experience at Tasca in Westerly. Al Armando made sure that we we understood all of the options available to us within our budget. We went in thinking that we wanted to make a deal on a Cherokee Limited but after our discussions it was clear that we should also consider the Grand Cherokee. After comparing the ride and comfort of the Grand Cherokee, it became clear to us that we should work out a way to make the Velvet Red Laredo ours. We both have total confidence in Al, in the car we are leasing,and in the dealership. Al is the best. This was the first time we met him and he made us feel like family. We will be sure to stay in touch with him as he is very knowledgeable and eager to ensure that we understand everything about our car. He did a great job explaining all of the many features that are new to us on our new Jeep and encouraged us to call him anytime if we have any questions or problems. More

I explained my situation, and that I'm a second time customer. They were willing to work with me and took the time to make sure that all of my needs were taken care of. They were honest about what I didn't need too! Roger, my fantastic salesman, sat with me and went over all of my options and made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was happy. New car My mother was long overdue for a new car. Siobhan greeted us outside and immediately started narrowing down cars that would fit my mothers needs. She My mother was long overdue for a new car. Siobhan greeted us outside and immediately started narrowing down cars that would fit my mothers needs. She was very attentive and patient. We did not feel pressured and we were very comfortable working with her. Siobhan worked efficiently while entertaining my spunky two year old which is multitasking at its finest. My daughter absolutely adored her. Everyone we interacted with at Tasca were friendly and accommodating. I am sorry I did not catch everyones names, but they all made us feel comfortable and my daughter loved all of the attention. Dustin explained the paperwork, all of our options and answered all of our questions. Don was very understanding and kind when my mother decided that the first SUV she purchased was a little bit too big for her. He told us to come back in and that he had an idea for a SUV that would be a great fit. And he was right, a quick spin and my mother loved it. The process of switching out the car for a smaller one was simple and easy. The overall experience was wonderful. We will be back in the future to work with the amazing team at Tasca. More
