Oil change and tire rotation I went to this dealer for an oil change and a trie rotation. It took more than an hour and they replaced a recall part without my knowledge. The small things that make a great difference. Al was the coolest and a genuinely pleasant dealer to work with. It was time for me to buy a new/used truck and when I showed up to the dealership la Al was the coolest and a genuinely pleasant dealer to work with. It was time for me to buy a new/used truck and when I showed up to the dealership late in the evening and the weather was crap, Al walked all the way out to the opposite side of the lot to greet me and ask if he could help me with any questions. Normally at other dealers I’m ignored or passed over for other costumer who look like “Big money”. Al and Gary showed me great respect and were willing to work with me for a reasonable price I was comfortable with. They also added a spray in bed liner for half the cost. They offer a Life Time Warranty of the drive train for as long as you own the vehicle. The only catch is you have to have your oil changed at a Chrysler dealership which is bad if your used to saving around $100 in labor cost for a diesel trucks by doing your own oil changes. Overall they met my price range and the costumer service was so great that I would be happy to buy from them again. More
