Roger found the unicorn we were looking for My wife and I started browsing for Jeep Grand Cherokees, both new and used, over the past few months. It wasn’t until very recently that we actively s My wife and I started browsing for Jeep Grand Cherokees, both new and used, over the past few months. It wasn’t until very recently that we actively searched. Roger and I had developed a rapport a few months ago when I brought my vehicle in for an alignment, and I mentioned we were in the market for an SUV. Every now and again, he’d call and let us know what was coming and going, but was never pushy. He knew we would be back. We had looked around and ironed out the exact color and interior combination we wanted, which we were prepared to order if need be. I spoke with Roger and gave him a distinct list, within a day, he had located brand new one over 100 miles away. We had a silly request that he left the plastic on the radio, which he made sure stayed during detailing. That next day, he personally drove up to where it was located, and brought it back, so we could give it the final “go ahead”. The long and short of this: he was never pushy in any way, hustled to find right vehicle for us without doing the “yeah, but” or “how about xyz instead” that happens so often when looking for a home or car, and delivered it at a price that much larger dealers couldn’t compete with. In this scenario, we got our cake and ate it too. We would buy from him again. More
