Long oil change I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited over an hour and was told they were sorry for the wait but they were done wit I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited over an hour and was told they were sorry for the wait but they were done with the oil change and tire rotation but were in the process of washing it. I waited another 10 min (approximately) and the Jeep pulled up front all ready to go. However I noticed it was never washed. The service manager did offer to make it right but I couldn't wait any longer. Very disappointed in the service especially with it being my 1st time there. I can go elsewhere and get faster and better service without excuses. More

Tire repair I took a nail in the middle of my tread. Minor issue with the patch. They went above and beyond to correct the defective patch. Even though vehicles are much more expensive to fix than years ago I will be bringing mine here because I know they will treat me right and I won't be asked to fix something that doesn't need it!
