Employees fill cafe lounge instead of working on vehicles. My oil change took 3 hours. Very nice facility but would get more accomplished with shorter wait times if the employees work rather than si vehicles. My oil change took 3 hours. My car needed repairs and was in the service center for 30 days. There was no loaner offered to me at any point during those 30 days or assistance with a rental.
