Matthew was very helpful assisting my wife in finding a car. However, the hidden fees, unwanted LoJack option, and lack of clarity of the purpose of the fees and how it relates to Oakley Advantage was both car. However, the hidden fees, unwanted LoJack option, and lack of clarity of the purpose of the fees and how it relates to Oakley Advantage was both frustrating and maddening. It’s also the first time I’ve purchased a car when full payment was required in hand before being able to take the car home, so I incurred delivery fees as well.
