Service department Dropped car off 9:30 for service diagnoses and was promised 2 hour turnaround. Did not receive back until past 3. That's the only knock I have, as to the professionalism of the people in service it was outstanding. They could not fix my problem, but did not charge for diagnoses. This really surprised and pleased me. As a result we are very, very happy with our experience and they will be our service provided from now on. Great job guys! More

Chris Horton is honest and treats me with respect and understanding. I'm sure the rest of the employees are the same. But to top it all off, I had a flat tire on my Terrain (that I bought from Oakley). I was actually in front of the dealership when it happened. Courtney Kirkpatrick had just gotten off work, stopped and helped me with my tire. He didn't have to, but he did. That shows you the kind of people that own and work at Oakley Auto World.
