This is my kind of shopping for cars. Once we saw something we liked, he told us everything known about the car. Showed us the car fax, showed us the inspection done, and the repairs done. They looked at our vehicle and was realistic from the get-go. A little back and forth, an introduction to owner, a little comforting from Sam (their little 4 legged mascot that is a sweetheart!), a handshake and a purchase. Never once did we feel pressured and truly felt appreciated for the opportunity to earn our business. We were shown their state of the art, extremely clean service shop. Top notch people, place, and business! Highly recommended!! More

Service department Dropped car off 9:30 for service diagnoses and was promised 2 hour turnaround. Did not receive back until past 3. That's the only knock I have, as to the professionalism of the people in service it was outstanding. They could not fix my problem, but did not charge for diagnoses. This really surprised and pleased me. As a result we are very, very happy with our experience and they will be our service provided from now on. Great job guys! More

Chris Horton is honest and treats me with respect and understanding. I'm sure the rest of the employees are the same. But to top it all off, I had a flat tire on my Terrain (that I bought from Oakley). I was actually in front of the dealership when it happened. Courtney Kirkpatrick had just gotten off work, stopped and helped me with my tire. He didn't have to, but he did. That shows you the kind of people that own and work at Oakley Auto World.
