Couldn't be happier. I had been looking to buy a truck that fit my needs for some time, when I came across MY truck at Oakley Auto World on the internet. I called to inquire about it and ask if the pictures truly represented the condition of truck, because I didn't want to drive 120 miles to waste my time. They assured me that the pictures probably didn't do the truck justice. I made the drive the next day, so glad I did. I bought a 2009 F250 in brand new condition with only 54k miles, what a find. The lot is impressive, loaded with desirable vehicles people will want to buy. Richard Branch took excellent care of my needs, as with everyone I was helped by. I love this place and look forward to coming back. More

Accura MDX purchase Not impressed at all. They acted like they were really trying to meet our needs. We bought the MDX and had to wait a week for detailing. When we picke Not impressed at all. When we picked it up they let us know that the codes we would need for radio and GPS were in the glovebox because they had had to get them to reset it. We drove it home and Flew out of town on vacation and came home a week later and the battery was dead. They bent over backwards and helped us find a new battery and even paid for it. maybe the battery had died on them as well and that’s why they needed the codes? Well, now two weeks after buying a new battery, I get in the rig after not driving it over the weekend and the battery is dead! My husband calls to let them know that after less that a month of ownership, the battery is dead again. Something must be draining the battery? We get the runaround, talk to three people who ask if we purchased the extended warranty.....and get no help. We have called our mechanic who came, jump started it, and took it to his shop to see what’s wrong. Looks like we will be spending $$$$ to find out what’s going on. And it seems apparent to me that they knew they battery wasn’t holding a charge or something was draining it because they had had to call to get the codes to reset them. So don’t pretend you give a 125 point inspection that is so much “better” than other dealers when you know about a problem but don’t get it fixed before you sell the car. Very disappointed in what I thought was a “Christian” business. More
Fast and Friendly I had been without a car for the past two months trying to save money up for a new car, I had tried a few different places without much luck. My mom told me, “you should call Jack at Oakley” I wasn’t sure it would work out or that it would be a long drawn out process; I was quickly proved dead wrong when no later than an hour after applying on their website I received a phone call from Jack, he gave the back story of the truck I had in mind, then we talked numbers for a hot minute. I was on the phone for a total of probably 15-20 min and we had an appointment set up to go test drive a couple of options. My mom told me not to get my hopes up on driving away with a car the day of the appointment, but that’s Exactly what happened. My appointment was at 10 AM and I was at work by 2. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, old or new, and I would highly recommend Jack Miller! Tell ‘em Jonathan Duran sent ya! More

I wasn't sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but Jack made my decision very simple! He went above and beyond to find a vehicle he knew was safe for me and my son. My van was serviced through the service center and Jack personally detailed the inside making it look and feel brand new. There was absolutely NO pressure and nothing but honesty from Jack. He has also taken the time to follow up and make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. I am always a bit nervous when I have to deal with a salesperson or mechanic thinking I may be taken advantage of.
