When I came to Oakley, it was the complete opposite of my prior experiences, I went with a specific vehicle in mind and Noah and Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck I wanted. They were unbelievably kind and easy to talk to, there wasn’t one moment where I felt like I was trapped or being pressured. Noah did a wonderful job! My only slightly negative assesment is that the initial phone operator when you call Oakley can sound short and not too friendly over the phone.
