Chad was very nice and everything I ask him about the vehicle he either went and found the answer if he didn’t know it or was very timely in getting back to me. Chad was very helpful and friendly! We came from Louisiana, and there were no surprises when we arrived. Everything was as discussed over the phone, and we were even more excited when we saw the Jee Louisiana, and there were no surprises when we arrived. T-ROCK JEEPS! Great product! Great PEOPLE! I first came across the T-Rock Jeep by accident 6 months ago online and was a bit star-struck but I'm not really an impulse buyer. I MIGHT have plann I first came across the T-Rock Jeep by accident 6 months ago online and was a bit star-struck but I'm not really an impulse buyer. I MIGHT have planned my vacation around the thought of getting a glimpse of one up close and personal. I spent several hours of my vacation with these great people....and came home with a great JEEP just like the one that caught my eye 6 months earlier. Chad was great and truly a Jeep expert. These kind people know how to treat people and we couldn't be happier. Customer service at Oakley far beyond what I've dealt with in the past.......and Phil....our friend who drove my Jeep home to pick up our trade-in....well, we are forever friends. :-) More
