RV purchase at Car lot ! I just want to start by saying, I understand Oakleys is not an RV dealership. They made us a very good offer on a Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser RV, over I just want to start by saying, I understand Oakleys is not an RV dealership. They made us a very good offer on a Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser RV, over the phone, as we are four hours away in Oklahoma. We backed out of the deal even when already approved and check out at our bank. We were very much concerned about no warranty and buying from a car dealership and not a RV dealership. A week later we had a change of heart and called back to our salesman Noah and ask if it was still available. Long story short, we drove on a Saturday from Oklahoma, four hours, to Oakleys in Branson to pick up the trailer. The transaction was pretty smooth, Noah, the sales manager, and another salesman, Jack all helped with the weight distribution hitch and hooking up to our tow vehicle. The finance guy, Chris, even came out and helped. I've had lots of trailers but never a WD hitch so I was no help. But, they got it done. No appliances had been tested so we had to take their word that everything worked. The sales manager said it there happen to be something that didn't work he would be responsible for half the cost. Anyway went camping two days later, does and handled like a dream. Everything worked except for the power Jack would not lower the RV, but would raise it. Pay for half repair???? Anyway love the camper, enjoyed our experience at Oakleys, nice, friendly place to deal with. My only complaint would be that it couldve been better detailed, but was pretty clean!
