Not what we expected, but it worked out. When arriving at the dealership, we were greated by Tom who was absolutely wonderful. Tom helped me with a test drive and explained all of the features my car has. I found the car online which forced me to communicate with Raquel in internet sales. She was somewhat forceful and her customer service left a lot to be desired. We came to the dealership with check in hand, ready to purchase the vehicle. Raquel insisted we apply for credit because it was a California law. We were very disappointed with all of the "dings" on our credit. We actually requested to strictly work with Tom but were told that they work as a team so that was not possible. We were also disappointed by the extremely low offer for our trade- in. After expressing our concern, Rob was great at explaining why the offer was so low. Overall and largely due to Tom's excellent service, the experience was good. More

Emissions and parking break icons started flashing I brought my 2015 Acura TLX into the service department to have Acura check why the emissions and braking system icons were flashing. Acura of Oakland I brought my 2015 Acura TLX into the service department to have Acura check why the emissions and braking system icons were flashing. Acura of Oakland has the best customer service around . They also provided me a courtesy car while they where checking on the issues of my car. Turns out the computer system needed an update and I was able to pick up my car in a couple of days and they didn’t charge me for their services. Great customer sevice from the entire staff.
