Gloria and Karen were fantastic to work with. I’m very happy with my new car. The only thing I would change is, it would be nice to be asked by either your salesperson or your finance person if I’m very happy with my new car. The only thing I would change is, it would be nice to be asked by either your salesperson or your finance person if the customer was interested in receiving a quote from Allstate on insurance. If they say they are okay with that then your Allstate salesperson can call them, and the call is expected. If they say they aren’t interested then the Allstate people know not to call. I feel like this may help them actually get more customers and save everyone some time. More

My sales agent, Taylor, was wonderful. She was kind and informative throughout the whole buying process. Our issues started when we were handed off to others. I wired a down payment to the dealership and was told I would get my temporary tags when it went through. I was called (not by Taylor) the next morning to come in and get my car detailed and to get the temporary tag. That was a wasted trip because the dealership still hadn’t gotten my wire transfer and I had to make an additional trip back the next day when the wire had gone through. The process felt excruciatingly long after Taylor handed us off to the next department. After the long process in the finance office, we heard the finance person ask Taylor to get us out of his office. We would’ve GLADLY left if he had just told us the process was over with him. Next, it’s been over 2 weeks and my trade in still isn’t paid off. The payment is due today. I’ve never had a late payment or negative mark on that auto loan so it’s extremely frustrating that process has taken so long. I called a week ago to inquire about this, had to leave a message, and nobody called me back. I texted a number that had sent me messages before for help, and someone named Stephanie, informed me it would be paid on 10/6. On 10/8, when it still didn’t reflect as paid, I texted the number again. Stephanie got very rude with me and told me “as discussed” it was paid Monday. When I asked for a confirmation number or check number (as requested by my trade in loan provider) she sent me a screenshot that doesn’t make anything clear. I told her (in a text back) I’m sure she can understand my frustration and that it wasn’t even clear who I was texting. She then called me, continued to be rude for no reason, and I told her I wasn’t going to argue about the same thing via phone all day. She told me “sounds great” and I ended the call. I would be hesitant to ever recommend anyone that I know going to Oakes based on my interaction with finance and Stephanie alone. I just spent $45k on a car, I shouldn’t be treated with such disrespect. Once again, I want to make it very clear that Taylor was the absolute best and we would 10/10 do business with strictly just her again. More
