I purchased a used 2023 Equinox from Oakes Kia last week, and the process was very smooth relative to what I've experienced with other dealerships. My sales person, Michael Rivera, was great start to finish and the process was very smooth relative to what I've experienced with other dealerships. My sales person, Michael Rivera, was great start to finish. I started communicating with them via text a few days prior to my visit and was able to work out the pricing terms with them ahead of time. I liked that the price listed on the website was the actual asking price as I found that not to be the case with many other dealerships who tried to force unwanted add-ons onto their prices. Michael had the vehicle pulled up front and ready when I arrived so we were able to get straight into the test drive when I got there. After that, we were able to get right into the purchase as I did not have to sit for hours trying to negotiate a deal since Oakes lists their best price up front. It was certainly the fastest car purchasing process I've experienced. I worked with Karen in the finance office to finalize the deal. She was great to work with as well. I had prequalified for financing online, but she was able to get me a slightly better rate than I had expected. Overall, I'd definitely recommend purchasing a car at Oakes Kia. More
