We were notified that the car we were wanting had come on the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredi the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredible. Justin helped us test drive the vehicle in a different color and find another one that was coming in within a few weeks. We were off on our expected financing and Justin and Jesse were so patient and helpful, working with us for literal hours to find something we were comfortable with. We ended up going down a trim level and left the dealership comfortable with our monthly payment and excited about our new car. More

Pat, Kevin and Keith were absolutely wonderful to work with during the purchase process of my 2023 Sorento. However, that was quickly overshadowed when it came to dealing with the service department. Sche with during the purchase process of my 2023 Sorento. However, that was quickly overshadowed when it came to dealing with the service department. Scheduled service work on a brand new car (ie rock chip and fender alignment). Service department reached out to me as part of the new car courtesy service. Showed up for my appointment @ 7am and they didn't have me in the system. Service tech was very nice and helpful. No fault to his own that they didn't have me scheduled. Was told up front that I could get a loaner. What they didn't tell me was that the person that handles loaners wouldn't show up until 830a, so waited an hour and a half just to get the loaner car. Finally get the loaner and go to work. Get a call 2 hrs later stating that they mistakenly called the glass chip guy and not the rock chip guy and he doesn't come in on Fridays. So basically went thru all of that for nothing. Did I also mention that I live 35 miles away so there is nothing convenient about this situation? Finally, we settled on service just giving me the paint touch up stick and I would do the work myself. The current dilemma is that I would prefer not to ever put myself thru the hassle of ever going back to this dealership for service. However, I have 3 courtesy oil changes that can only be performed by this dealership, so do I stick to my own principals and forego the free oil changes or do I bite the bullet and continue to go back on the probability of another let down? More

First visit to the service department for scheduled maintenance. Was greeted by the service writer immediately and professionally. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, even though the maintenance. Was greeted by the service writer immediately and professionally. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, even though the service garage was extremely busy. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. The entire experience was painless. I have been to other dealership's that were nightmares. More
