Gary was great & easy to work with. As a female, sometimes we get taken for granted, but Gary was very kind! I went in thinking a used Kia was my onyl option but I left with a new Kia. I wrote a review on 9/02/2023 that was not kind to the Oakes Kia's service Dept. Since that review the Service Department has reached out to me and has rectified our problem and is going forward with the Oakes Kia's service Dept.
