Had windshield repaired by outside vendor who was quick and guaranteed work. During that time, spoke with Dan Baxtor who actually listened. Was very competent, accommodating, and thorough. Pulled my vehicl and guaranteed work. During that time, spoke with Dan Baxtor who actually listened. Was very competent, accommodating, and thorough. Pulled my vehicle up on the screen and reviewed all service work that had been performed by Oakes. Unfortunately, it did not include the brakes and why an appointment for warranty work is scheduled. Feel comfortable he will ensure the issue is resolved. Cannot say the same about some other service departments. More
