detailing the van before delivery , still has animal hairs under the mat ( ended up cleaning it myself) , the alignment still has little pulling to the left( I can live with it) and has a scrapping nois hairs under the mat ( ended up cleaning it myself) , the alignment still has little pulling to the left( I can live with it) and has a scrapping noise noted upon applying the break( see on CarFax) that it just had a Rotor resurfaced( I think it needs time to set in with the brake pads / will give about 2 weeks to drive and see it the scrapping sets in with the brake pads/can live with it for now)........so far so good. They sold me a used truck and a few days later called me to see how it was going. I told them it needed a brake light switch, blower motor, the doors try to come open when turning lock and unlock lights com to see how it was going. Since we were there, we decided to test drive a Kia Carnival. Melissa walked us over to the other lot and found a salesperson for us to work with. Isabella was also very prompt in getting back to me with information after Melissa had gone for the day! Taylor was great throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles we were wanting to test drive. There were a couple hiccups and some confusion with the vehicle we drove and the vehicle that was “on paper.” Everyone was very transparent about the mix up and we really appreciated Del getting to the bottom of the price difference between the two cars. The Ramzi in finance was also pleasant to work with and was very personable. Overall we had a great experience and I can foresee us buying cars from Oakes in the future. More
