I inquired online about purchasing a new Kia and had an immediate response from Greg. He was very helpful and full of information. Later that week when I called in and had a few more questions I spoke to S immediate response from Greg. He was very helpful and full of information. Later that week when I called in and had a few more questions I spoke to Sal. He was great about going through everything I was looking for and followed up our phone call with an email to make sure he had answered all my questions. We also set an appointment for me to come find what I was looking for and take a test drive. When I arrived Sal was busy with another customer and directed me and my husband to work with Adriano. Adriano explained he was new but would love to help us out. He helped us fill out everything and answered every question we threw at him with ease. I told him what car I wanted and he did not even hesitate. He said he would do whatever he needed to do to get us in the car we wanted and he did. He went with us on our test drive and explained every feature of the car. He even showed us his own vehicle which was the same model as ours and told us how much he also really enjoyed it. In no time flat we were driving away in a brand new 2013 Kia Forte Koup. I did not think that we would be able to do a brand new car but they delivered as promised. It was a great experience and I will be back to buy my next vehicle. More

Sal Termini was one of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. As a single mom, my budget is very important. They made the usually stressful process of buying a vehicle, a very pleasant one for me. I will give them my business in the future and will refer others. Customer service is everything, and they certainly have some of the best at this dealership. The finance person greeted me two days later by name, went I went back to drop off a spare key fob. They said they would beat ANY dealer's price on my new KIA Sorento, and they did. They honored everything they said they would. Even went out of their way to get the car that I wanted, down to the specifics. Once the deal was made, Adriano took his time explaining every single feature of the vehicle. Even the finance piece was very quick and easy with Elford! I hope to bring more friends & family here for their vehicle purchases! More

This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from Jack Miller Kia.... I have had a Kia Sportage and a Kia Optima... and was very pleased with both of those vehicles. Horrible customer service in their service department. They don't do what they say they do and make you wait over an hour for an oil change. like you have nothing else to do. Check your fluids because they SAY they top off all fluids but they don't. They don't care about the customer and they don't hide it. Chris the manager was RUDE and very Unprofessional and basically called my husband a liar. Will never go back and will encourage people not to spend their money at Jack Miller. I will take my car for any service that is needed to Shawnee Mission Kia. I will not tolerate being treated like that. I am the customer and the service department at Jack Miller needs to remember that the customer is the one that pays the bills. More

I had an appointment with the Internet Salesman Adriano on 5/17/13, he was very good in explaining everything, very professional, friendly, and courtesy. I was there for a few hours longer than anticipated due to the challenge of my situation, but overall I did come out with a 2013 Kia Soul to help me get back on a positive track. I would recommend anyone to visit Jack Miller Kia. My experience was pleasant for a change, I had previously contacted other dealerships, I won't mention a name but they pretty much gave me the run around, and they showed no good customer service whatsoever.
