Awesome experience My girlfriend and I had talked to a couple dealers about getting new cqrs and kept getting the runaround. Vida from the internet department called on My girlfriend and I had talked to a couple dealers about getting new cqrs and kept getting the runaround. Vida from the internet department called on Wednesday and said she thought that they could help up. We didnt have the best credit but we said what the heck why not try. I sent my girlfriend in to get her car appraised as she worked with Adriano. She said he did an awesome job showing her the different cars that she could choose from. Finally they got her approved in our budget range for her in a new 2014 sportage and she is very very happy. Now came time for me. I didnt think there was anything that they would be able to do for me. But Greg went to bat for me and got the job done. Jr was awesome as well in showing me the new 2014 Soul. Also explaing how the kept their resale value and showing me how if I kept paying this on time it will help raise my credit and in 12 to 28 monthe come in and trade it in and lower my interest rate. All in all misty and I want to thank all 4 of you guys on your hard work to help us out and we will definitely be sending people there to you guys. Never felt such at ease as I was there. Best Car Purchase EVER!! I wanted to share my feelings about my excellent car buying experience with Jack Miller Kia and their entire staff. I purchased a new car this weekend I wanted to share my feelings about my excellent car buying experience with Jack Miller Kia and their entire staff. I purchased a new car this weekend, and I must say that it has been the best car purchasing experience of my life! I wanted to take my time in making this major purchase and had several different makes and models I needed to look at before deciding. Jack Miller was the first dealership I went to and Sal was by far the most knowledgable, courteous, and helpful sales person I encountered. When speaking about the vehicles I looked at, instead of sounding like he was reading a brochure, he sounded intelligent and educated, with an opinion. After going to other dealerships for other car manufacturers, it was Sal's honesty and willfulness to help me, not just to buy a car from Jack Miller, but with my entire car buying decision. Most purchasing experiences have a lot of stress or pressure from the back and forth between the sales staff and the customer, but Sal and Greg went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as hassle free as possible. Jack Miller has the most low pressure sales staff that I have experienced. Not to the point that they didn't care whether they made a sale or not, but to the fact that when I stated I was looking at other cars, they didn't try and pressure sales me. I believe Sal's words were, "Go drive the other vehicles, I be here when you're ready to purchase." Thank you Sal, Greg, Adriano and the other salesman that I can't remember his name due to my excitement of my new car. M. Noble PS. Take good care of Red....she was my baby for over 9 years. Oh the memories that car has given me! More
