We were given wrong information on the Key , They only had one and said it did not have a chip .No biggie would could have one made at Walmart for a couple of bucks .It would not start the jeep ! Had a problem with the top not sitting right on the driver sound so it was very loud air noise when you drive it . We were told all jeeps have air noises HA!!Took it to a certified jeep dealer and they said a whole part was missing . They were rude about that when we informed them we wanted it fixed . We called every day The part was never in ,it took 4 weeks to get part . When they finally located the part because I went down there since i was not getting any where on the phone they meraculasly found the part and come to find out the part has been sitting there 3 weeks !!!!They got an attitude and said they wont continue fixing things for us . We responded you havent fixed a thing yet !!!! Called at least 15 times to get the issues resolved More
