Their service dept is incompetent with lousy customer service. On our first visit,we brought our Kia into be serviced on an issue that was under warranty. They thought they fixed it but did not so after waiting for hours we took it home only to bring it back the next day and wait all over again. Their waiting room is uncomfortable and the service took a really long time. They are very aggressive about sending SPAM e-mails once you're their customer but one of them was a pretty good deal for an oil change so we figured we'd give them another chance. We couldn't even get an appt. I called around 8am and was put on hold without even being checked on for 15 min only to be hung up on. So I called back at 12:30 to be put on hold for 10 min at which point I hung up and called back to let them know that they had lost my business. The service manager was rude and did not offer any apologies for the poor customer service only excuses about how busy Mondays are. He even admitted to answering the phone and putting people on hold so he wouldn't have to hear the phone ringing off the hook. Really if Mondays are so busy you can't handle it take a hint and get some additional help instead of losing business - DUH. We'll never give them our business again and would encourage anyone who wants competent and polite service to go elsewhere. More

I took my 2012 Optima in to Jack Miller for a slow running problem to be looked at. Although they tried very hard to replicate the problem, being intermittent, nothing happened. But, they got 2 people running problem to be looked at. Although they tried very hard to replicate the problem, being intermittent, nothing happened. But, they got 2 people to drive it to make sure they could not locate it. They offered me a lift to work if I needed it, and the 2 guys in service reception were first class. I did not buy the car here, but I would certainly recommend them for service, well done Jack Miller! More
On March 30, 2012 I bought a 2012 Kia Forte (black). It was somewhat of a whirlewind sale which would be OK. The final negotiated payment was affordable but I realized after the sale that I was severly ch was somewhat of a whirlewind sale which would be OK. The final negotiated payment was affordable but I realized after the sale that I was severly cheated on the "trade in" (2002 PT Cruiser). I know it had high miles (121191 miles)but was in perfect condition. In fact, I had it in the shop that day to have the LF wheel bearing replaced due to a noise. Yes, the sales manager said they would cover the cost of repair ($287.xx). All that was allowed on the trade in was $1,000. When I got home after the "deal" I checked out the allowable trade per Kelly Blue Book. In as good a condition as the PT Cruiser was it should've had a maximum value of $3,200+. I didn't expect that high. If I had been allowed $2,000 or more I would've been more than pleased. When I confronted the sales manager all he would say was "Kelly Blue Book didn't buy the car, Jack Miller Kia did." He called the PT Cruiser a "PT Loser." Funny huh? Aside from being lied to and cheated out of at least $1,000 I feel that he was rude to boot. I have learned to like the Kia Forte but will not recommend a person to buy from Jack Miller. More
I love this place. After meeting Ted Beltz in 2002 I have purchased 6 different cars from him. Everything from a Chevy Malibu to a Lincoln LS and now 2 different Kia's. If they don't have the car you want he will find it! The latest purchase was yesterday a 2012 Kia Optima which was hassel free like always. Ted gave me the great deal that I dont think any other dealer could touch. Josh Rojas showed us all the options which beat out the Hundai Sonata and was very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. So we purchased a 2007 Saturn relay rear brakes should have never passed inspection after arguing and finally speaking with Dale the owner that was resolved....but after the 2ND Oil change. We had to put $2600.00 dollars into the engine for leaking gaskets that were never disclosed....but they were never willing to do anything with that....and of course we sure went somewhere else to have the work done.......my advice STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted dealer about a new Kia through the internet.On 2/11/2012 I got an email back asking me which one I liked. I answered back the same day but never got another email from the dealer. Called and never could get anyone to call me back. When I called the 3rd time I told the woman that answered the phone about the indifference and she said she would have someone call me right away.
