When I purchased my Kia Soul this week, they listened to what I said and responded in an appropriate manner. I like that they introduce you to their service people and take the time to explain the various features on the new vehicle. I should mention that this is the 6th Kia I have purchased in the last 16 years. While purchasing this one, I made an appointment with the Service Department to have my wife's 09 Sportage timing belt replaced. I did this at Jack Miller Kia due to their highly competitive service rates. Jack Miller Kia offers a very complete package whether you are buying a new car or maintaining your existing vehicle.
