Our salesman, Andrew Beckstrom, was the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous individual we This is our second purchase at Jack Miller Kia. Our salesman, Andrew Beckstrom, was the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous individual we have dealt with in over 40 years of car purchasing. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the car we test drove, including the changes between our old Sorento and the new one. He was not high pressure and we felt he acted honestly on our behalf when negotiating our car deal. After purchase, he was well prepared with the required paperwork and was thorough with the explanation of each document. The finance manager was very cordial and professional as well. The whole paperwork process was seamless and done in a timely manner. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our car buying experience with Andrew Beckstrom at Jack Miller and would highly recommend him. Thanks, Andrew! More
