Ended wonderful! Patrick & manager are awesome! Chris returned my call & sent me an email, awsume. Patrick called to let me know it was ready & got me a ride. Outstanding Service Jordan took my call when my Kia was disabled. I was able to get the vehicle towed with Kia Roadside Assistance with zero hassle - and it was dropped o Jordan took my call when my Kia was disabled. I was able to get the vehicle towed with Kia Roadside Assistance with zero hassle - and it was dropped off aftr hours. I received a call from Jordan promptly the next morning and he gave me the plan of action. When the service became a bit more complicated - Jordan once again call me. Everything that he obligated to - he upheld. I bought a Kia for the beest warranty in the business. I am pleased to say that Jordan and Kia did not disappoint me. Kudos to the unsung mechanics. More
