Overall the staff were friendly. Because I bought a used car the salesman didn't know much about the car. I didnt notice until driving the car home that there was a chip in the windshield and that the left car the salesman didn't know much about the car. I didnt notice until driving the car home that there was a chip in the windshield and that the left windshield guard was half off and flopping around. Considering the amount of money I spent on this car, I had higher expectations. Im worried it wont pass inspection with the windshield chip being right in the driver view. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Just wish they had fixed these things prior to selling. More

We were not happy with the service we received. No welcome when we entered the building, even though the receptionist was right there and four other staff members were at a desk right by the entrance welcome when we entered the building, even though the receptionist was right there and four other staff members were at a desk right by the entrance too. No one looked up. The salesman, Sean, was nice but definitely rushed and not really interested. We ended up really liking the van and put an offer on it. It was rejected and the salesman went to get his manager “to see what he could do”. The manager was rude and aggressive in body language when telling us they would not take that offer. That’s fine, we understand it was too low for product margins, but the rudeness of the staff and tone we were subjected to will keep us from visiting this location in the future. More
