The dealership was great. Kodi was amazing. She asked what we were interested in and we left in just that!! Everyone was pleasant to work with. We were there to trade our car in and purchase new and ever what we were interested in and we left in just that!! Everyone was pleasant to work with. My husband and I were also there with our three children and not one time did we feel like our children we not wanted are the dealership, as a matter of fact Kodi made them comfortable and welcome enough that she gained a new name of Aunt Koko!! Didn't think I would buy a car during a pandemic, but Oakes made it easy. Walking in I was a little nervous but everyone I talked to was great. Took a test drive, loved the car, then paperwork and BOOM Oakes made it easy. Walking in I was a little nervous but everyone I talked to was great. CORVID 19 Ok the only thing that stands out in my mind at this point is with CORVID 19 ALL AROUND KANSAS CITY I didn't see not one EMPLOYEE WEARING A FACE MAS Ok the only thing that stands out in my mind at this point is with CORVID 19 ALL AROUND KANSAS CITY I didn't see not one EMPLOYEE WEARING A FACE MASK NOR SOCIAL DISTANCING a few customers that were sitting in the waiting room with me had on their face mask but none of the EMPLOYEES that I came in contact with had on MASK OR GLOVES therefore I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO TAKE MY CARE BACK FOR SERVICING UNTIL THE CORVID-19 IS CONSIDERED OR EVEN GIVEN A THOUGHT. I just couldn't believe none of the EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE DEPT OR THOSE THAT WERE WALKNG THRU THE WAITING ROOM GOING TO THE OTHER AREAS OF THE BUILDING WERE NOT WEARING FACE MASK OR GLOVES. !!!!! More
