Derrick was very friendly and provided me with great customer service if I ever buy another Kia I will look forward to working with him again, on the other hand I forgot who I spoke to in the finance de customer service if I ever buy another Kia I will look forward to working with him again, on the other hand I forgot who I spoke to in the finance department but they weren’t really helping the situation in trying to give me a good a deal overall I got the vehicle I wanted but not necessarily at the price I wanted or needed it to be at. I feel as if the financiers could have put forth an extra effort to attempt to sale me a vehicle instead of letting lemme leave and come back one hour later. More
