We found our car online and flew from Alabama to pick it up. They were great to work with prior to making the trip. I tried to use my package that came with my car when I bought it- 4 free oil changes and whatnot. Biggest mistake ever. I won’t do that again or use anymore of those free changes, nor will my vehicle or b bought it- 4 free oil changes and whatnot. Biggest mistake ever. I won’t do that again or use anymore of those free changes, nor will my vehicle or business be back. The day after my oil change, I noticed the oil sticker did not match the oil my vehicle uses. I immediately called and Patrick answered. He told me that it could have just been the “wrong sticker” as he was chuckling at the situation, and that I couldn’t bring it in that day, but I could on Monday morning. Especially after hearing him laugh at my concern, I would never be comfortable with my vehicle in his possession or shop again. More
