I recently purchased my first Kia after driving Honda‘s for the last 20 years. The new look of the 2021 K5 GT line definitely got my attention. I never thought I would be a Kia owner but decided to look at for the last 20 years. The new look of the 2021 K5 GT line definitely got my attention. I never thought I would be a Kia owner but decided to look at the vehicle and test drive it. I only wanted the new vehicle if I could get the wolf gray with red leather interior. Oaks had two in inventory so I filled out a credit app online and submitted it. The next morning I received a call from a very respectful and educated sales representative named Derrick. I provided Derrick with the stock number of the vehicle that I had decided on and ask him to start working on the deal. In short, I spent about 15 minutes on the phone talking with Derrick about specifics and he advised he would call when the vehicle was ready for delivery. A short time later I received a call that the car had been cleaned and fueled and was ready for pick up. Once I arrived at the dealership, Derrick met me at the front door area. I spent maybe 25 minutes signing some paperwork and waiting on official documents and I was out the door driving my new K5. The entire team at Oaks was all about providing top notch no drama customer satisfaction. I had some questions about the vehicle and optional accessories and worked with Scott in parts department. Again received amazing customer service. Thanks for a GREAT new vehicle purchase experience!! More
