Love Gordon and the other service reps there. That's why I return both my CA Sportage and MO Sportage there for service. I was worried when Oakes purchased the dealership, because I had had wonderful servi I return both my CA Sportage and MO Sportage there for service. I was worried when Oakes purchased the dealership, because I had had wonderful service there, but they've continued the personal, friendly service and they truly understand my special needs on both the cars. Everything was great except they forgot to reset my service indicator. I had to drive way back up to North KC which was an inconvenience. Leaving one star for Oakes Kia since the experience and customer service was horrible. Bought a used car they refused to clean or detail the carpets and seats were still dirty they had just wiped the seats customer service was horrible. Bought a used car they refused to clean or detail the carpets and seats were still dirty they had just wiped the seats down, refused to fill the gas tank up after telling me they would do it earlier telling me I had enough to get there on my own. Then once the paper work was signed I asked for the spare key they refused to give it to me until my title paperwork showed up, when I went to pick my spare key up it didn’t work, the salesmen told me to call back next business day parts would fix it he then called to tell me I would need to pay to have it fixed myself because it is a used car. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone else or do business here again More
