I stopped at the Kia dealership (I didn't buy it there )to have someone help me with my 2019 Kia Sorento's radio, phone, map...I walked in the front door and a man came right out of his office and asked )to have someone help me with my 2019 Kia Sorento's radio, phone, map...I walked in the front door and a man came right out of his office and asked what he could do to help me.. He introduced himself as Kevin. He came out to my car, I showed him the problem. It only took him a few minutes to figure it out. My phone was not connected to my car any longer, simple for him.... he didn't make me fill stupid( I'm an older person)...
