I had a coupon for service and they were happy to apply, but seemed a little put out that I asked them to check other things, like a leak in my tire, and why my van idled so high. I felt as though I was in but seemed a little put out that I asked them to check other things, like a leak in my tire, and why my van idled so high. I felt as though I was inconveniencing them. I made the appointment virtually and didn't see a place to add comments or concerns. The next day I drove the 45 minutes and was told the extras would add two hours to my appointment. It didn't take near that long and my tire was repaired, but in the time of Covid-19 if I go out then, and plan to sit in a waiting room, then I'm going to make the trip worth my while. Adding things that I paid for shouldn't be an inconvenience to a service industry business. More
