My experience was lack luster. They did work with me on my trade. But I was there for 5 hours. Test drove car immediately when got there. Was gone for about a half hour. Had a check in my pocket ready to go for purchase of car. Salesman was working 3 or 4 other sales all at once. The financing person was good. He tried keeping me posted what was going on. They did have computer problems but that shouldn't of kept me there for five hours. The salesman was the worst part. Never followed up. Never shook my hand. No congrats. Was suppose to get a scratch buffed out. Financing guy took care of it. Shouldn't of took 5 hours when I already has my own financing. More
