We purchased a 2017 Toyota Prius from your dealership on 4/12/21. Anthony Curiale called us as we were enroute to see the vehicle, stating he had pulled the car to the front for us & would greet us upon ou 4/12/21. We were interested in purchasing, so started what we thought would be a long song & dance routine based off previous experiences with numerous dealerships. This was not the case...Anthony took our bid to the manager, who personally came out to share the lowest price they could offer us. He explained there is no reason to take up our time if we could not agree on a suitable price. This was done in a matter of minutes. The paperwork was signed in an expedient manner with Anthony, keys were readily obtained by Anthony, no hard sell on dealership warranties - just appreciated straightforward business. What a refreshing way to purchase an automobile! Each gentleman was courteous, resourceful, & a pleasure to do business with! We would readily refer friends to this dealership based off our encounter. More

On 3/27/21 I took my car to Oakes Kia to get an oil change, rotate the tires, and to replace the cabin filter. I took my car home and after a week and a half of driving a friend of mine noticed my lug change, rotate the tires, and to replace the cabin filter. I took my car home and after a week and a half of driving a friend of mine noticed my lug nut was missing and asked me why? I said I don't know it must've happened at the car dealership when I got my tires rotated. However this wasn't mentioned to me before I left the dealership! They broke the stud on my tire and didn't notify me. When I called and spoke to Fernando he said they wrote in the notes it was already like that when I brought my car in. Well if that's the case why didn't anybody tell me and ask me if I wanted it fix like they always ask me about other things that may need to be fixed! So I said you all just sent me out on the streets like this?! There was nothing wrong with my tires when I took my car! He asked me if I wanted to speak with the manager and I said yes! So Mike gets on the phone and I'm explaining to him what happened and he said well they put it in the notes it was like that and I told him it was not and that people will say things that are not true to cover their tracks. He showed no empathy or concern! Then he started getting an attitude with me. So I asked him how much it would cost and he said $15 for a lug nut and $115 for the stud! Now I checked with Advance Auto Parts and it was $3.00 for a lug nut! I told him I was not paying that! Then he was being very rude. Then they tell me I have to pay for something they damaged. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Three years of going here and now this. I asked for the number to corporate and he said they didn't have one! I'm very pissed off and I will not be coming back there ever again! I hate it when companies try to take advantage of the situation or because I'm a female they think they can try to get over on me! I will tell all of my friends and family not come there because this is definitely not how business should be handled at all! They definitely need customer service and sensitivity training! More
