Oakes Kia was very flexible with the virtual car buying process in comparison to other dealers - their actions made it clear that they are not your average dealer! I must say car salesmen are giving a bad process in comparison to other dealers - their actions made it clear that they are not your average dealer! I must say car salesmen are giving a bad name because of the relationship being transactional. But Oakes Kia cared about my family's needs and restrictions I had and we worked through it. That's relational. I would recommend this company to others and would buy from them again. My sales rep was Chad and he was very serene and friendly. Best car buying experience thus far. More
