I knew what I wanted when I walked in. Derrick Weaver went above and beyond and I learned more about the safety and construction of the car I wanted than I knew coming in. There were some transparency issues with pricing and financing surrounding our deposit that I wish hadn't happened. The dealership was very busy so we were being juggled around and waited longer than we expected; but that isn't the dealership or people's problem. Would have been nice to have a break on price, but in this market we're all a victim of supply and demand... we're all overpaying at this point, so it's no fault of yours. More
