The sales and financing process took too long! Patrick and Bruce did respect our concerns and give us time to step back and think about our options to make a decision. I knew more about the options on the car than the salesmen. He also had me sign my title for trade without a release of lien letter stating it would be fine. Not fine and did not make trade in.
