It’s gone downhill since it was Jack Miller Kia. I just got charged $250 for an $11 part that takes 2 minutes to unscrew and change. When you call, they do not go over your warranty anymore, they ma I just got charged $250 for an $11 part that takes 2 minutes to unscrew and change. When you call, they do not go over your warranty anymore, they make you make an appointment and charge you $170 for a diagnostic. They are no longer concerned about your safety in the car they sold you and only want money. I’ve bought four cars from Jack Miller Kia and sadly this dealership is the only Kia dealership North of the River. I’m sure losing my business would be nothing to them but I have been taking my cars to them for over a decade and cannot believe how it has become. It’s just sad that you can’t have honesty when dealing with them. They are always nice enough unless you question anything they’re saying. More

NOT HAPPY AT ALL . ........My car was in for an oil change, and they rummaged thru my arm rest and glove box. Both of which were locked when i pulled in. Items were lef ........My car was in for an oil change, and they rummaged thru my arm rest and glove box. Both of which were locked when i pulled in. Items were left in my seat and on the floor that was originally in my arm rest. I spoke with a manager who stated that this can sometimes happen when cars are left overnight on the lot. My car was not left, i waited in the lobby for them to finish. I asked were my fluids checked and was told " oh it really hard to check those in most cars." I have a 2012 Wrangler. I was also told that they couldn't rotate my tires. All of which is that i came in for. I assume this is the normal practice when you're receiving the FREE oil changes. I have several oil changes left. Needless to say, i will be taking my jeep elsewhere for maintenance and paying for my oil changes. More

I'm only responding because I was asked to via phone/email. Visit 1: You need a balance and alignment. That didn't work Visit 2: You need brand new tires. I didn't understand why and said no but was told to bring the car back in. Why? Did anyone drive the vehicle? Visit 3: You need one additional balance and should be good. Of course my car isn't good but was handed the key as if all was well. No one drove the car to notice the problem still existed. Three visits, several phone calls and no solutions. The individual responding to my survey said I need new tires. Why didn't i need them on visits one and three? Oakes has very nice people. Most expensive car i've ever purchased and I got a lemon. Fernando still gets high ratings. Incredibly polite and professional. More
