I was told I have an scheduled appointment to get me cars care done, yet when I arrived I was not on the schedule. they were back up and vehicles and understaffed. how ever despite all this they said I c care done, yet when I arrived I was not on the schedule. they were back up and vehicles and understaffed. how ever despite all this they said I could leave it over the weekend. So I did. to my surprise the vehicle was done and with its care with in the same day. they made it work. Thank you Oakes Kia. More

I contacted several dealers as their match list came up on Cars.com. Results were nearly always the same, "that car either just sold or has not come in yet". It IS a very high demand car but adding entri on Cars.com. Results were nearly always the same, "that car either just sold or has not come in yet". It IS a very high demand car but adding entries for vehicles you don't have seems a way to open communication for future sale or trade in. Most were very interested in consummating a trade right away. In 1 or 2 cases I looked back in 24 hours and the long gone/never was car is still listed. More

Mark Stinnett was absolutely wonderful. He went way above and beyond. My check engine light came on and car trouble sends me over the edge. A friend of mine told me about Mark at Oakes. I got a text from Mark saying he could get it in Monday at 7. The next thing I know Iam getting a call saying "it's done ". I have already recommended Mark to a friend who also has a Kia.
