The motor on the electronic parking break died (2015 kia k900 ~120k miles), and my car was permanently stuck in park. This dealer could not give me any kind of estimate on when the part could be ordered/de k900 ~120k miles), and my car was permanently stuck in park. This dealer could not give me any kind of estimate on when the part could be ordered/delivered or when my car could be fixed. Apparently there's a national back order of the part and Kia, cannot supply them. Everyone at this dealer seemed more interested in selling me a new car, that had the same parking break, that could malfunction at any time and put me back in the exact same position, without a car for who knows how long. The only thing this dealer seemed to be good at was charging me for stuff. When I dropped my car off there was a $200 inspection fee that no one ever told me about, then they wanted $2250 to fix the brake in the event they ever got the part in, which they said could take up to 6 months or more, They had no idea. $2,250....for a brake repair....that was no fault of my own, just due to poor craftsmanship on the part of the manufacturer. Then they also quoted me $2,000 to change my tires. Please stay away from Kia at all costs. The poor quality of their vehicles, inability to repair their own vehicles, and high costs will leave you either in debt, or at a point of desperation More
